Chive and cream dressing

Ms Aitch brought this recipe from her mother into Ye Olde Kitchen. Traditionally you eat this dressing with butterhead lettuce fresh from the market and planed radish.
Here in Ye Olde Kitchen you can find only this special combination. A little bit more vinegar but close to the original.
For about 200ml:
4 tbsp chive blossom vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard
salt and pepper
1/2 bunch of chive
Mix the cream with vinegar, sugar and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Cut chive and put into the dressing.
